Somatic trauma work
Bringing the body into the room, not just the story.
Chartered Psychologist · Mind-Body Integration
Twenty years of clinical practice across trauma, psychosis and complex mental health — grounded in evidence, and shaped by an embodied, mind-body approach.

Philosophy
The mind-body connection really matters — it's the foundation of how I understand human functioning.
Sacha's training began in medicine before turning toward psychology, and his practice still carries that dual grounding. He holds BPS Chartered status as a Counselling Psychologist, with clinical experience spanning Primary Care through to specialist work in psychosis, HIV psychology and forensic mental health services.
Alongside his clinical training, he has studied cranio-sacral therapy, Reiki and meditation across the UK, Russia and India — an interest that shapes how he works with trauma, held within an evidence-based clinical framework.

In their words
“Thank you for helping my son so much this year. His improvement is nothing short of amazing. He still has his ups and downs, but they're far fewer and less intense thanks to his ongoing therapy. He's much more able now to cope with life's setbacks.”
“Thank you for all you are doing to help our daughter — we love her so much, and your support is really invaluable.”
“I'm still practising everything you taught me, and I'm really happy with where I am in life thanks to your guidance. Life is more complicated than I could have imagined, but so much more profound than I could have hoped.”
A short conversation to talk through what's bringing you to therapy, and whether working together feels right.
